At Classic Phone Company, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of vintage and used products, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Item not working or damaged (not as described)
Return Conditions:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The item must be in its original condition
- All accessories and original packaging must be included
- Proof (photos/videos) of the issue must be provided
